Manufactured parts in a workshop

Develop it. Test it. Produce it.

Turn a digital design into a physical part

3D printing builds an object in successive layers from a digital model. It gives you a way to explore a design as a real object, check its size and shape, and develop it through successive versions. Send your model, drawing or initial idea to start the discussion.

Functional components for practical use

Enclosures, brackets, jigs and other custom parts need to work in their intended setting. Tell us about loads, heat, exposure, assembly and any features that must fit with another part. These requirements help us discuss a suitable material and print approach rather than judging the project on appearance alone.

Manufacturing beyond the first prototype

A successful prototype can be the start of a production requirement. We cover product launches, repeat orders and ongoing supply, with quantities discussed around your business. Share expected volumes and delivery needs so we can consider consistency and future orders from the outset.

Printing for online sellers

If you sell your own products, Western Rose can manufacture printed items for your shop. Our shop-to-print service connects customer orders to the printing workflow through an API. Finished items are sent to you for your packaging and onward delivery to the customer. We discuss the connection and product requirements before setup.

Useful answers

Before you enquire.

Do I need a finished 3D model?

A model is useful, but you can start with a sketch or a description. We will discuss what is needed before the project can be quoted and manufactured.

Can you supply products for my online shop?

Yes. We supply printed goods for independent sellers, including Etsy sellers. Tell us about your product, quantities and packaging needs.

Can I move from prototype to repeat production?

Yes. Tell us about your expected order volumes and any design changes so we can discuss production and ongoing supply.
