We coordinate marine engineers and other appropriate specialists, arrange access and keep you updated. The scope, quote and any additional work are agreed with you first.
Agreed visual checks of accessible areas, including lines, fenders, covers, hatches, visible leaks, bilge levels and general condition. These visits are not a marine survey or a technical safety inspection.
Yes, by arrangement and when it is safe to attend. We check the visible condition and send photographs. Timing depends on weather, marina access and availability.
We agree keys, access permissions and any marina requirements before the first visit. Please don’t send alarm codes or keys with your initial enquiry.
