Western Rose collects the information you enter in our freight enquiry form: your name, contact details, company (if provided), shipment route, cargo details, collection and requested delivery dates, full collection and delivery addresses and any notes.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess suitable freight options and prepare a quote. We do not add you to a marketing list. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Address suggestions
When you search for a postcode or address, we send the search text through Cloudflare to Postcodes.io (UK postcodes) or Photon by komoot (OpenStreetMap address suggestions). Your contact name, email and shipment details are not included in address searches. Suggestions may be incomplete; you can enter or correct the full address manually. This lookup works independently of optional advertising cookies.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Access is restricted to authorised account users; there is no public enquiry listing. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to operate and protect the website. We may share the shipment details necessary to obtain rates with relevant transport providers.
Optional advertising measurement
If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel shares website visits and successful enquiry events with Meta, together with browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. This helps measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not include your form contact details, shipment details or enquiry reference in these events. Advertising consent is optional and separate from your freight enquiry. You can withdraw it using Cookie settings in the footer. Meta may process data internationally; see Meta’s privacy policy for its purposes, transfers and retention.
Optional Google advertising measurement
If you accept advertising cookies, we also load the Google Ads tag AW-18469492645. Google receives website visit information, such as the page URL, browser/device information, IP address and advertising identifiers, to measure and improve our advertising. We do not supply your enquiry contact details, shipment details or reference to Google. Google advertising consent is denied by default and the tag does not load until you accept. Google may process this information internationally. See Google’s privacy policy.
When your enquiry is successfully saved, Google also receives a lead conversion event with a random event identifier and a nominal value of £1. This is an advertising measurement value, not your shipment price or a payment.
Retention and your choices
Your enquiry is retained so we can handle your request and maintain the related business record. To ask us to delete or correct your information, contact westernroseglobal@gmail.com. Information needed for a subsequent booking may be kept separately for the relevant operational and record-keeping period.
